| It does't matter. Anyway, he must give his permission for use. Its a world practics, any author of modification, asked permission from addons developers. | |

| Anyway, that's an addon for mission makers, so anybody is allowed to use it in a mission that he makes, that has nothing to do with a modification or units.
If we ever use it in a mission, we'll give the advice: addon needed ""Tactical marks the Russian Armed Forces" and we can't include that in our addons pack. | |

Modes (multiplayer and single player) depends on the missions, I guess we'll find all modes. | |
